SHIPPING POLICY
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING: Pre-Orders refer to products that aren't currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 4-8 weeks after website closes, excluding weekends and holidays. Since the item isn't currently on hand (pre-made) we have to produce the item first, which takes time as well as wait for the shipment of the bulk to arrive to us, then after this process is complete, we ship the orders to the customers. Which takes up to 4-8 weeks. Orders placed after 7PM EST will be processed the following business day. Any order that is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. In the rare case that this occurs, the customer needs to contact the carrier, as we do not handle any packages that aren't in our control. It is the customers responsibility to take it up with the carrier.
PRE-MADE SHIPPING: Pre-Made drops refer to products that are in stock and ready to ship immediately. All orders are shipped between 2-7 days after order is placed , excluding weekends and holidays. Any order that is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit is not our responsibility. In the rare case that this occurs, the customer needs to contact the carrier, as we do not handle any packages that aren't in our control. It is the customers responsibility to take it up with the carrier.
International Shipping: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any order placed overseas, the customer is required to pay the shipping cost, as we do not offer free international shipping. Reminder: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for ANY lost or damaged packages during transit. As anything damaged or lost in the process of arrival is not our responsibility, the customer should contact the carrier & figure out a solution with the carrier, since the package was not in our control. However, we will do our best to assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover the lost package.
