PRE MADE SHIPPING: Pre-Made drops refer to products that are in stock and ready to ship immediately. All orders will arrive 3-10 business days after order is placed , excluding weekends and holidays.
International Shipping: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reminder: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
